Welcome to the East Platform.
These Terms and Conditions apply to the platform and all its sections and branches. By using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not use our platform.
Please note that the platform reserves the right to modify, change, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform without prior notice.
Therefore, we ask that you review these Terms and Conditions regularly to monitor any changes. Please read the following Terms of Use carefully before accessing the site.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By using this website, application, or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, accepted, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
As the person requesting the service, you are responsible for the actions and conduct of yourself or any individual using East Platform services or making a booking, directly or indirectly. You are also responsible for obtaining their permission before providing us with their personal data or including it on the EIA platform.
You also agree to the declarations you have made below. If you do not agree to or are not bound by the Terms of Use of the Service (as defined below) and wish to discontinue using the Service, please do not continue to use this platform or this Service.
Unless otherwise stated, this website, its content, domain name, and links site-demo.pro/eiast are all the exclusive property of EIA.
Terms Specific to the EST Platform
The following terms, wherever they appear in this Agreement – the Terms and Conditions Agreement – shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:
Platform: The website or application where you can book your course, as well as other services listed on the platform, whether owned or operated by EST or any third-party partner company.
User: A person who has an account on the EST platform.
Account: An account (with EST) through which you can request a course or other services on our platform.
Booking: Placing a request for a course or other services on our platform, whether you pay for it now or later.
Balance: A benefit of monetary value. A balance that can be used or transferred.
Pay in Your Own Currency: The payment option we offer at times when your service provider does not use your currency. This option allows you to pay in your own currency.
Method of Payment: The method (credit card, debit card, bank account, Vodafone Cash, PayPal, etc.) used to pay or transfer an amount.
Service Provider: A provider of a product or service. Related to the courses on our platform.
Terms and Conditions: These are the terms of service.
East is not an agent for any user, entity, or service provider.
Accordingly, East is not liable to any person in connection with any of the services offered on the East platform. Furthermore, East is not responsible for fulfilling any contractual obligations arising from any service-related contract, nor does East act as an intermediary between parties in any contract. The East platform is not a party to the terms between the client and the service provider, and the service provider is solely responsible for the service provided to the client.
East does not guarantee:
– The completeness or accuracy of the information published on the East platform.
– The continuous updating of the content on the East platform.
– The absence of operational errors on the East platform.
Terms of Use for East Platform Customers
Any person with the legal capacity recognized by law and Sharia may create an account on the East platform. Full legal capacity is defined as being at least 18 years old. If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you must obtain the consent of a third party, such as a parent, guardian, or custodian. This third party must agree to this agreement and bear full responsibility for its contents.
The account must be created in accordance with the East Platform Terms of Use and in compliance with the laws and regulations of the Arab Republic of Egypt and the United Arab Emirates.
The user is obligated to provide East with the correct information and data required to optimally utilize the platform’s services.
The user pledges to East that all personal information and data provided is accurate and pertains to them. If the user provides information to East contrary to this, East reserves the right to take the necessary legal action, including removing the user’s profile or canceling any services provided without refunding any payments made by the user.
The user is prohibited from engaging in any actions that may cause undue or disproportionate strain on the platform or its infrastructure, or from launching a cyberattack on the platform, such as a data breach. In the event of such an attack, the platform will take all necessary legal measures.
The user is prohibited from posting or uploading any defamatory, offensive, abusive, harmful, threatening, abusive, deceptive, racist, morally objectionable, or otherwise illegal content or information. The user must act in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt and the United Arab Emirates.
The user is prohibited from accessing or attempting to access the platform without authorization, granting others access to their personal account on the platform, impersonating any other person, or exchanging memberships with another individual.
The user is prohibited from engaging in any activity that may infringe upon or damage the intellectual property rights of “East.”
The user is prohibited from uploading or attaching any files, programs, or other materials protected by copyright laws.
If East determines that a user has violated any of the terms and conditions, the platform reserves the right to delete any requests or published content – without prior notice to the user – and to take measures including suspending, restricting, or limiting the user’s access.
The platform reserves the right to block users from using it. The platform and its administrators also have the right to report users to internet service providers or relevant authorities and take any necessary legal action.
The “East” platform disclaims all responsibility for any user’s violation of the laws and public morals applicable in the Arab Republic of Egypt and the United Arab Emirates. The “East” platform reserves the right to refuse registration to any user who does not comply with the laws and regulations in force in the Arab Republic of Egypt and the United Arab Emirates, or with the provisions of this agreement. Therefore, any user agrees under the terms of this agreement that their account does not violate public order in the Arab Republic of Egypt and the United Arab Emirates.
No one is entitled to use the EST platform if their membership or account has been terminated by the EST platform or pursuant to court orders or judgments.
If a user registers as an institution, company, or legal entity, that institution, company, or entity is bound by all the rules and conditions stipulated in the EST platform’s User Agreement.
All platform users must comply with all applicable laws regulating online transactions, as well as the Cybercrime Law, the Electronic Transactions Law, and the E-Commerce Law.
If the user represents a commercial institution, company, or legal entity, they must provide the EST platform with all required information and supporting documents, such as a commercial registration and any other documents the platform requests for registration and to establish the entity’s legal status.
Terms and Conditions for Using EST Platform Services
EST’s role is limited to assisting users by providing them with services in the field of sports training and sports consulting, particularly fitness trainer training, personal training, and training courses in the field of sports science and fitness.
The user is bound by all the terms and conditions of this agreement. If the user acts in violation of these terms and conditions, they will be held liable. If a user violates this agreement, the East platform reserves the right to suspend their access to its services at any time without prior notice. The platform also reserves the right to seek compensation from the user through the appropriate legal channels for any damages incurred.
East does not request any confidential information or documents from the user. It only requests general, personal, and standard information typically available on websites, or personal information provided by the client when submitting a booking request. All such information is considered legitimate. If any other party requests documents, whether confidential or sensitive, this is their responsibility and is shared between the service provider and the client. They are solely responsible for protecting and not disclosing this information. The East platform bears no responsibility for the nature of this information.

This platform and its content, including all information, text, graphics, images, hyperlinks, and other materials, are used to provide general information about East.
This platform and its content are protected by copyright laws that protect text, graphics, and designs, and by trademark laws. Commercial. EST’s Obligations

East Platform Rights
The East platform has the right to charge a commission for each service it provides to users through the platform. The commission will be determined as agreed upon within the East platform.
The East platform has the right to request from trainers or users on the platform the necessary documents to provide its services appropriately and effectively.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall the East platform be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, whether related to or arising out of this website or application, or resulting from any use of this website or application, or any site or resource linked to, referenced, or accessed through this website or application, or resulting from the use, downloading, or access of any materials, information, products, or services. Such damages include, but are not limited to, loss of profits, financial loss, or harm to users of existing services. On the EST platform, the EST platform is not liable for business interruption, loss of savings, loss of software, or other data loss, even if the EST platform expressly excludes the possibility of such damages. This exclusion and exemption from liability applies to all claims, whether based on contract, warranty, indemnity, or any other legal theory.
Furthermore, if a user on the EST platform commits any act that violates customs and traditions or the tenets of Islam, the EST platform bears no responsibility towards those responsible for such violations. The perpetrators are solely responsible before the courts or official authorities, and they are liable for all compensation, losses, penalties, and fines that may be imposed on the EST platform as a result of their violation or damage.
If a user suffers any damage resulting from the service provider’s negligence or failure to fulfill its obligations and adhere to general business practices in dealing with the user as a customer, the service provider alone bears full responsibility to the user and legal regulations. EST assumes no obligations or responsibilities towards either the user or the service provider.
The user bears full responsibility in the event of any damage. The user is responsible for any violation of the terms of this agreement, the platform’s guidelines, terms and conditions, or the service providers’ guidelines for their users.
The user is solely responsible for paying the service costs if they violate the terms of this agreement or EST’s policies.
Service providers contracted with EST have the right to access specific user data to determine the suitability of the service for the client’s needs. Service providers also have the right to request additional client information by directly contacting EST or platform users. The requested data or documents are not confidential. If they are confidential or not suitable for public sharing, EST will notify the user of the request and its purpose. The user has the right to accept or refuse sharing the requested data with the service providers. If the user shares this information directly with the service providers, the user is solely responsible for providing these documents or data, and EST bears no responsibility for any consequences. Furthermore, EST is not responsible for any misuse of this data or documents by the service providers. The platform’s facilities are also obligated to maintain the confidentiality of documents and not disclose documents submitted by platform users.
In the event of misuse by service providers using the platform against a client, or vice versa, EST will notify the offending party and explain the violation. If misuse is repeated, the offending party’s account will be suspended, and all necessary legal measures will be taken to protect the platform’s rights.
EST disclaims responsibility for any consequences arising from a user’s booking on the platform with service providers, whether these consequences are related to the client’s behavior. The responsibility for any consequences lies with the service provider and its representatives. Therefore, the service provider has the full right to terminate the services of any client who violates the terms and conditions of the EST platform. EST must be notified through its customer service representatives before terminating a client’s services, stating the reason in writing. The platform will promptly investigate the matter and take appropriate action for all parties.
The service provider is solely responsible for informing its users of all its internal policies and applicable regulations in the Arab Republic of Egypt and the United Arab Emirates. The agreement between them is binding. The agreement between the parties is subject to the labor laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt and the United Arab Emirates. Therefore, East disclaims any liability for any breach of this agreement. Both parties have the full right to terminate services with the other party in accordance with internal regulations or general labor laws. Neither party is entitled to claim any amounts paid to East as compensation for damages resulting from the termination of the contract.
Confidential or Proprietary Information
East does not wish to receive any confidential or proprietary information from you through our website. Please note that any information or materials submitted to East will be considered non-confidential. By submitting any information or materials to East, you grant East an unrestricted and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, display, perform, modify, transmit, or distribute such information or materials. Damage Policy
Please review the service’s internal policy before purchasing. By purchasing the service, you implicitly accept the internal policies of the platform and service providers.
The user may not object to or reject the service provider’s internal policy, directly or indirectly, after purchasing the service.
The service provider has the right to impose compensation fees for damages incurred due to abuse, ignorance, or negligence, whether intentional or unintentional, direct or indirect, after providing proof of such damages. The service provider’s right to impose fees or fines rests with the relevant authority, which may accept or reject the application of these fees or fines.
Service providers have the right to impose fines or compensation fees on the user if such damage is proven and the user acknowledges it, within a maximum of 10 days from the date the damage occurred.
If a user refuses to acknowledge any damages incurred due to abuse, ignorance, or negligence, whether intentional or unintentional, direct or indirect, the service provider has the right to file a legal claim against the user outside the scope of the damages policy stipulated in the EST platform.
Payment Policy
The EST platform offers a payment system that can be completed entirely online through the payment options available on EST or through any other payment methods offered by EST from time to time.
East provides online payment services through its platform to facilitate transactions and protect the rights of both the site and its customers.
The EST platform accepts payments via Visa, Mastercard, and other options. The accepted currencies for payment are Egyptian Pounds, Saudi Riyals, and UAE Dirhams.
Collection policies are subject to the regulations of the payment gateway used.
The service requester must make payment through the payment methods available on the platform. Payments to EST will not be accepted until the full cost of the requested service is paid.
Users are prohibited from using fraudulent, invalid, or stolen payment methods and will bear the legal consequences.
If a user pays in a currency other than the booking currency, they will be responsible for any associated currency conversion fees or charges, whether banking or otherwise.
Value Added Tax (VAT) is a tax levied on all goods and services bought and sold by businesses. This indirect tax will be applied, effective January 1, 2018, to selected products and services available for purchase through our website, in accordance with the laws of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.
East reserves the right to prevent the completion of any payment transaction that violates the terms and conditions of the User Agreement or to cancel any purchase or sale order due to a technical error on the website that resulted in a discrepancy between the prices displayed on the platform and the actual value of the service, including any loss incurred by the East platform. East is not liable for such amounts.
All payment transactions (invoice payments or refunds) are subject to the applicable laws of the service provider, as stated during the booking and payment process.
Please note that the platform will not provide services to countries subject to sanctions under Visa and Mastercard regulations.
Visa and Mastercard cardholders must retain a copy of their transaction records and a copy of our policies.
Payment gateway fees will be charged to help us develop the website and provide you with technical support. These fees will be calculated based on the booking at the time of payment.
Payment gateway fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
The East platform reserves the right to cancel, modify, or change any of the payment methods available on the website, as well as to change or modify the prices of the services it offers.
