Ownership of the \u201cEast\u201d Platform<\/p>

All content on \u201cEast,\u201d whether electronic or otherwise, written or non-written, including but not limited to: training course content in all its forms, including recorded lectures, educational materials (whether written, video, or audio), and any other form of educational material \u2013 written and non-written texts \u2013 graphic designs \u2013 technical concepts \u2013 logos \u2013 presentations \u2013 button icons \u2013 symbols \u2013 audio clips \u2013 compiled data and software \u2013 is owned by the \u201cEast\u201d platform and all rights are reserved by the \u201cEast\u201d platform. No one has the right to use it in any way, whether directly, indirectly, or through a third party.<\/p>

The East Platform Management hereby notes that it will take the necessary measures regarding any infringement or violation of any of East Platform’s rights or intellectual property.<\/p>

Service Suspension Policy
East Platform reserves the right to suspend a user’s account or cancel a reservation, and to prevent the suspended account from accessing platform services at any time, if the user violates the terms of this agreement.<\/p>

Notification Policy
East Platform communications sent to the official addresses listed on users’ registration pages, as well as notifications issued through the platform, are considered legal notices.<\/p>

Jurisdiction Matters
We attempt to resolve disputes and objections internally and are not obligated to adhere to any alternative dispute resolution procedures employed by service providers or users.<\/p>

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt and the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to any conflict of laws principles. In the event of any dispute, the courts of the Arab Republic of Egypt or the United Arab Emirates shall have jurisdiction. Any provision of this agreement deemed unlawful shall be subject to the provisions of the law of the Arab Republic of Egypt or the United Arab Emirates. If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason, it shall be considered severable from these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any of the remaining provisions. This constitutes all that the parties have agreed upon regarding the subject matter of this agreement and may not be amended except by the written signature of both parties.<\/p>


Safety and Security Requirements<\/p>

Service providers are obligated to establish a list of safety and security guidelines.<\/p>

Service providers are obligated to provide a safe environment by ensuring all necessary precautions and general safety measures for customers.<\/p>

Service providers are obligated to apply international and global safety and security standards.<\/p>

Users are obligated to follow and adhere to the safety and security guidelines of the service providers.<\/p>

Users are obligated to ensure the safety of the equipment, machinery, and property belonging to the service providers if the service or course is provided directly.<\/p>

Commitments and Guarantees<\/p>

You acknowledge and warrant that you:<\/p>

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the Arab Republic of Egypt and the United Arab Emirates.<\/p>

Provide accurate and truthful information to the platform. EST updates this information periodically.<\/p>

You must review and comply with any notices sent through the EST platform regarding your use of the services provided by the EST platform.<\/p>

You must use the service or platform for legitimate purposes only and will not use the services to purchase or receive any illegal materials or for fraudulent purposes.<\/p>

You will not use the service or platform to harm, harass, or annoy anyone.<\/p>

You agree to the exchange of information between companies within the platform regarding your transactions and the evaluation of your dealings.<\/p>

You will not obstruct the proper operation of the EST platform.<\/p>

You will not attempt to harm the service or platform in any way.<\/p>

You will not copy or distribute platform content or other content without obtaining written permission from EST.<\/p>

You will keep your account password or any other identification method we provide for accessing your account confidential.<\/p>

You will provide all evidence to verify your identity as determined by EST.<\/p>

You agree that EST reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or block access to the platform without providing reasons.<\/p>

Cancellation, Transfer, and Refund Policy: Offers and Promotions<\/p>

Please review our policies regarding cancellation, transfer, and refunds:<\/p>

Cancellation<\/p>

If you wish to cancel your registration and receive a refund for the training program fees or For the training course, you must submit your application to East Management at least two days before the program or course begins. East reserves the right to accept or reject cancellations.<\/p>

Trainees are entitled to cancel the course and request a refund in the following cases:<\/p>

If East cancels the training program or changes the registered date without notifying the trainee or less than 48 hours before the course begins.<\/p>

Once the program has started, the fees become non-refundable.<\/p>

If the service was clearly stated as refundable at the time of purchase by East.<\/p>

Trainees are not permitted to withdraw from the program after it has begun and are obligated to pay the full program fees. In case of non-payment, East reserves the right to take legal action and demand payment of the remaining fees.<\/p>

Users are not entitled to a refund if the service was non-refundable at the time of purchase.<\/p>

If the booking is non-cancellable or is canceled after the cancellation deadline, the user is not entitled to any refunds Or any fees paid on the \u201cEast\u201d platform.<\/p>

\u201cEast\u201d reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any training course or program due to unforeseen circumstances. Trainees will be notified in advance via a message on the course group or email.<\/p>

Cancellation policies may vary for each service; please check them at the time of purchase and before payment on the \u201cEast\u201d platform.<\/p>

Late Cancellations:<\/p>

Cancellations made after 12:00 PM (noon) on the business day immediately preceding the course will be considered a no-show. Please note that in such cases, all payments will be forfeited.<\/p>

No-Attendance<\/p>

If a trainee is absent from the course without notifying the institute and obtaining approval, they forfeit their right to a refund or compensation for the course fees.<\/p>

Postponement<\/p>

If you wish to postpone your enrollment in the course, you must inform EST two days before the course begins. The maximum postponement period is three months. Failure to postpone within this timeframe will result in the cancellation of your course registration, and you will not be entitled to a refund.<\/p>

If a participant wishes to postpone their course due to a medical reason, they must pay 50% of the course fees to reschedule. The institute reserves the right to accept or reject the medical reason.<\/p>

Installment Plans:<\/p>

If you choose the installment option, please note the following conditions:<\/p>

Regardless of whether you complete your course, the full course fee must be paid within the specified dates mentioned above. Failure to pay will entitle EST to take legal action and demand payment of the remaining fees.<\/p>

Recorded lectures will be encrypted, and your subscription will be frozen until payment is received within the grace period.<\/p>

If you chose bank transfer as your payment method and the payment due date has arrived, you have only one week from the due date to make the payment. If payment is not received within this period, the institute reserves the right to cancel your enrollment without any refund.<\/p>

Refund Processing Time<\/p>

Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and the deposited amount will be returned to your credit card or original payment method. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.<\/p>

If you have not yet received your refund, please take the following steps:<\/p>

Check your bank account again to ensure the refund has not yet been credited.<\/p>

Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially processed.<\/p>
